Section 215
Disposition versions
215. The following activities carried on over a total anticipated period of more than 24 hours require authorization pursuant to subparagraph 10 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act:
(1) a planned overflow or diversion of wastewater with a total anticipated volume of more than 10,000 m3 in the inner or intermediate protection zone of a withdrawal facility;
(2) a planned overflow or diversion of wastewater with a total anticipated volume of more than 100,000 m3 in any other place.
